The Strategic Decision Analyzer ("the tool") is a free, self-service decision-support application. It performs calculations on the figures and probabilities you enter and presents them using standard decision-analysis and game-theory methods. It is a tool for structuring your own thinking. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and using it does not create any advisory relationship.
2. Outputs depend on your inputs
Every result is derived entirely from the numbers, probabilities and judgements you supply. The tool cannot verify those inputs, and small changes to them can change the recommendation. Outputs should be treated as one structured input into your decision, not as a statement about what will happen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense — direct or indirect — arising from decisions made, or not made, in reliance on the tool or its outputs. Any worked examples, sample data or pre-filled scenarios shown in the tool are illustrations of how the analysis works. They are fictional and are not recommendations, forecasts or statements about any real company, market or opportunity.

6. Availability and changes
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies to your use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
